Rates:

Ground:	$4.00 plus $1.00 per book
2nd Day Air:	$22.00 plus $1.00 per book
Next Day Air:	$34.00 plus $1.00 per book

Step 4: Review Important Information and Submit Form

Books not available on the order date will not be included with your order, therefore you will not be charged for them.

Itemized receipts will be included with books.

If necessary, books may be returned for a full refund up until one day after the drop/add. Receipt required.

Optional & Out of Stock books will need to be purchased separately.
